By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this website. www.seidi-clothing.com/Webshop is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.
You can pay directly with Paypal when you checkout.
If you want to pay with your credit card, please link your card to a paypal account. This way you can use your credit card to make the payment. because I do not accept directly payments with a credit ( visa / master card).
Payment with bank wire is only possible for people that have a bank account in euro. Payments with bank transfer need to be done within 5 working day’s after the order is placed. Payments with bank transfer that aren’t received within 15 days after the order is placed will be cancelled.
All prices shown on our website are based in Euros.
All credit card & Paypal invoices will be billed by default in Euro.
During the checkout process you will pay your order in Euro.
Shipments and returns:
Regular packages will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Bpost or Kiala. Custom orders will be shipped within 1-2weeks.
Shipping time after shipped:
- Belgium: 1-3 days with bpost / 1-2weeks with kiala
- Europe: 1-2 weeks / 1-4 weeks with kiala
- Outside Europe: 1-4 weeks
Tracking number and/or insurance is available, so please select this shipping method if you lack faith in the post.
Shipping without tracking number:
- Envelope without tracking
- Packages outside Belgium with Bpost
Shipping with tracking number:
- Bpost package to Belgium
- Bpost package with tracking number & drop-off signature
- Envelope with tracking
- Kiala packages ( only available for belgium, the Neterlands, Spain, France & Luxemourg )
Regular packages will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Bpost or Kiala. Custom orders will be shipped within 1-2weeks. If for some reason you have given the wrong address or neglected to claim your package at the post office, you are held responsible for extra postal costs. All items are carefully checked before shipment. Seidi-clothing is NOT responsible for any late delivery or loss/damage during shipment.
When you choose a shipping method with Kiala, tracking number or insurance, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees ( envelopes, bubble plastic, boxes for safe shipping,… ) as well as postage costs.
Product availability & presentation:
If we are temporarily out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will do our best to manufacture your products within 14 days of the date of your order. In this event, You will be notified by e-mail.
If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions are only made with the customer’s prior consent.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual color.
Pending : Order received, awaiting payment clearance
Processing : Your payment has been received & your order is being compiled for delivery
Shipped : Your order has been sent, you will get an email with tracking information if there is one.
Denied : Your payment was declined
Cancelled : Your order has been cancelled
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Seidi-clothing by sending an e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org) or through the contact page with your order/invoice number and stating your intention to cancel the order & why you wish to cancel.
Orders that already are shipped out can not be cancelled. But you can return the item within 14 days after you received the item & receive a refund of the goods. ( see returning items )
In case of a non-acceptance / cancellation from our side of an order we will contact you & refund the total amount immediately. This may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable /out of stock.
- When we haven’t received the payment within 15 day after the order is placed
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You Can return the items if you not want them anymore,
If you received your good, you can return them within 14 days after you received them. Please contact Seidi-clothing first. All returned goods need to be in new, unworn & undamaged condition. You will get a refund of the goods ( not the shipping costs) once I received the items. You can send them back to:
