Shipping & delivery:

Shipping time:

Regular packages will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Deutsche post. Custom orders will be shipped within 1-2weeks.

Shipping time after shipped:

  • Belgium: 1-2 weeks
  • EU: 1-4 weeks
  • Worldwide: 1-9 weeks

Tracking shipment:

Tracking number/insurance is available, so please select this shipping method if you lack faith in the post.

When you choose a shipping method with tracking number/insurance, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. 

Shipping costs:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees ( envelopes, bubble plastic, boxes for safe shipping,… ) as well as postage costs:

  • Standard shipping ( without track and trace): 4€ (+0.5€ for every next item).
  • Shipping with track and trace/insurance: 9€ (+0.5€ for every next item).


If for some reason you have given the wrong address or neglected to claim your package at the post office, you are held responsible for extra postal costs. Seidi-clothing is NOT responsible for any late delivery or loss/damage during shipment.

If you’ve given up a wrong address, incomplete address, wrong house number,… you have 2 options:

  • I will ask you to pay the shipping costs again for reshipping the item once I’ve received it back.
  • Or you will get a refund minus the shipping costs.

If your didn’t received you order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at {}.

Returns & refunds:

Return item(s)

All goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery without reason, providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in. Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 30 days of receipt/delivery.
All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt.
Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods & customized items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
